Final Judgment was awarded on October 31, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-001814, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-E, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-E is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF FELICIA NELSON A/K/A DECEASED; CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION; D & M ZUC, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ADRIAN NELSON; MV REALTY PBC, LLC; BRITTANY NELSON; RENARD NELSON, JR.; MATTHEW MORRISON A/K/A MATTHEW T. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
