and commonly known as: 5117 N 32ND STREET, TAMPA, FL 33610; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on January 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
