NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 29, 2025, in Case No. 2024-CA-005516 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COASTAL COMMUNITY BANK, is Plaintiff, and DARREL YOUNG is Defendant, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the December 18, 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, RESUBDIVISION OF ADDITION 2 OF FORT MYERS
ESTATES, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1E Clermont Court, Ft. Myers, FL 33916 (the “Property”)
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
