Unit 256, of Riverwalk Cove Condominium f/k/a Harbour Cay Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 956, Page 63, as amended, and amended in Official Records Book 3060, Page 3002, as may be amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
