Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the County Court of Lee County, Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property which is located at 661 Coral Lane, Unit No. 661, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917, in Lee County, Florida, and described more specifically as:
LOT 124, Unit 1, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, of that certain subdivision known as LAZY DAYS MOBILE VILLAGE, UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, attached to Official Record book 736, Page 467 through 470, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as:
From the Northwest corner of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, run South 89° 30’ 05” East along the North line of said South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 1832.40 feet, thence South 0° 06’ 50” West 440.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence South 89° 30’ 05” East 100.00 feet, thence South 0° 06’ 50” West 54.98 feet, thence North 89° 36’ 10” West 100.00 feet, along the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 26, thence North 0° 06’ 50” West 55.11 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 20th day of November 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
