NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 24-CA-003913 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Lake Michigan Credit Union is the Plaintiff and MaryAnn B. Wilbur; Scott Wilbur; The Periwinkle Pines Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the January 8, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A parcel of land lying in the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 25, township 46 south, range 22 east, Sanibel island, Lee county, Florida, and described as follows:
From the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the said northwest quarter; thence along the north line of the said southwest quarter south 88° 37’ 36” east for 163.74 feet; thence south 00° 52’ 32” east for 162.09 feet; thence north 89° 07’ 28” east for 49.08 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 04° 50’ 45” east for 60.39 feet; thence north 50° 00’ 02” east for 56.16 feet; thence south 89° 22’ 31” east for 45.33 feet; thence south 08° 37’ 36” east for 91.34 feet; thence south 71° 15’ 13” west for 23.36 feet; thence north 88° 37’ 36” west for 85.06 feet to the point of
beginning.
