NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 22, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 24-004757-CI in the Circuit Court of the 21-001618-CI 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-RTL4 MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2023-RTL4, Plaintiff and TWIN CAM MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on December 3, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
