NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-002596-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Lenders Investment Trading Corp is the Plaintiff and Sheri Luke; Landmark Towers at Sand Key Condominium Association, Inc.; Carolyn H. Morrison; Carolyn H. Morrison, Trustee of the Morrison Family Trust agreement dated August 28, 2018; Samuel K. Morrison; Samuel K. Morrison, Trustee of the Morrison Family Trust agreement dated August 28, 2018 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 601 OF LANDMARK TOWERS ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4219, PAGE 612, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 115, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
