YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 275-6 of Building No. 7 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 5206, Pages 1985 through 2108, inclusive, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 106 through 136, as amended from time to time, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Padgett Law Group, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
