NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-002803-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Ariel Lopez a/k/a Ariel L. Lopez; Tiffany Lopez f/k/a Tiffany Ruda are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 18.50 FEET OF LOT 8 AND THE SOUTH 53.50 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK E, DENVER STREET REPLAT OF BAYOU GRANDE SECTION OF SHORE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 6 AND 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
