YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in Concord Village South No. 3, which is located in Pinellas County, Florida and which is more fully described as:
Unit 105, CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, a Condominium together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 4124, Page 1237, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 99 through 107 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Also known as 930 85th Avenue N., Apt. 105, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
This action has been filed against you as the Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP, 360 Central Avenue, Suite 500, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
