SECTION 00100 - INVITATION TO BID
North Douglas Avenue Drainage Improvements
Financial Project #: 532503
Bid #: 25-2541

CITY OF DUNEDIN
FLORIDA

The work generally consists of the following:

The project is located at the southern end of North Douglas Avenue, where it terminates at the city park in Dunedin. The project proposes to regrade the section of street and install a weir wall to mitigate the sunny day flooding of the area adjacent to the upland cut ditches that drain that small portion of the watershed. Additionally, inlets and a dual pipe system will be installed to discharge to the upland cut ditches adjacent to the existing stormwater pond. It will include curb inlets and repaving of the street. The street will be closed to traffic so a detour will be needed, and the parking and access to the city park will need to be addressed.
