Final Judgment was awarded on November 5, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-014050-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and HENRY MIDDLEBROOK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LAKE MANN ESTATES NEIGHBORHOOD INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
