NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2025, and entered in Case No. 48-2024-CA-000630-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Robert MacKenzie aka Robert Allen MacKenzie, deceased, Ralph MacKenzie, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Christopher MacKenzie, Pamela Hall, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the December 9, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10B, LAKE TENNESSEE VILLAGE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
