NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 16, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-013771-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which US Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For VRMTG Asset Trust, is the Plaintiff and Tara LaMantia, United States of America Acting through Administrator of the Small Business Administration, Ashlin Park Homeowners Association, Inc., Aqua Finance, Inc, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Mario Peters, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the December 15, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
