NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment dated August 20, 2025 and an Order to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated October 10, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-2283 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of December 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
