NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 29, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24001574CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK is Plaintiff and Anne C Jimerson a/k/a Anne Jimerson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of December, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
