NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2025- CA-000771 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder in the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 159 of Outdoor Resorts at Chokoloskee Island, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1066, Page(s) 136, et. seq., and Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4551, Page 1351 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AMOUNTS AS UNCLAIMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 45.031.
