NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2025, and entered in Case No. 53-2024-CA-001649 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Amanda Rivera, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Oscar Rivera Jr. Deceased, Oscar Rivera III, Abigail Fernos, Gina Rivera, Terralargo Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the December 1, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
