NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024CA004535000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee for SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR2, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL B. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL B. WILLIAMS; DISCOVER BANK, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
