Final Judgment was awarded on October 29, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 001771, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ANTHONY MELILLO A/K/A ANTHONY L. MELILLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY MELILLO A/K/A ANTHONY L. MELILLO; SMART CHOICE ROOFING, LLC; STONEYBROOK ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 158, STONEYBROOK AT PALMER RANCH, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 39, 39 A THROUGH 39B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
