CALLEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; JACARANDA WEST HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION #I, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 02, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
