NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on November 6, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 000229 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ZHAO DAI, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on January 8, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 271, PROMENADE ESTATES PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 92 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5719 WOODLAND SAGE DRIVE, SARASOTA, FL 34238 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
