Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned action, Pasco County Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. D836, Cluster No. 8 of SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM NO. 3m according to Declaration thereof filed in Official Records Book 1167, Page 578 through 658 and Second Amendment filed in Official Records Book 1188, Page 516 and according to plat filed in Plat Book 20, Page 117 and Second Amendment filed in Plat Book 21, Page 10 together with a no-exclusive easement/or ingress and egress over and across the land described in easement filed in Official Records Book 821, Page 1006 and easement filed in Official Records Book 839, Page 1763 all in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 8th day of January, 2026.
