NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 6, Block 16, SWAN VIEW TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 50, Pages 40-44, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on December 18, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
