NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 14, 2025 and an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated October 29, 2025, issued in and for Pasco County, Florida, in Case No. 2024CA001779CAAXWS, wherein ATHENE ANNUITY AND LIFE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and DAVID TUSHAJ, F1 MOTOR TRANSPORT LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, WASHINGTON ELECTRICAL SERVICE INC. and GEORGIA`S OWN CREDIT UNION are the Defendants.
