NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of October 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-009104 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida., Victor D. Crist, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 22 and west ½ of closed alley abutting thereon, Block 11, GRANT PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 30 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. And commonly known as: 3621 North 55th Street, Tampa, Florida 33619.

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
