NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 6, 2020 in Civil Case No. 29-2019-CA-007761 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and DAWN L. CHANCEY A/K/A DAWN L. MORGAN, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of December, 2025 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 210 FEET OF THE SOUTH 210 FEET OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RESERVING AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 20 FEET OF THE EAST 210 FEET OF THE SOUTH 210 FEET OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
