NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-004039 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series OOMC 2006-HE5, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series OOMC 2006-HE5, is Plaintiff and Jerry Franks; Jennifer Franks; Sand Canyon Corporation f/k/a Option One Mortgage Corporation, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK 1, OAK FOREST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
