NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 10th day of September 2025, in Case No. 24-CA-002508, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and MIGUEL F. GUZMAN A/K/A MIGUEL FRANCISCO GUZMAN A/K/A MIGUEL GUZMAN; GISSETTE BRITO; CYPRESS CHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; CREDIT CORP SOLUTIONS, INC.; CASTLE CREDIT CO HOLDINGS, LLC; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; GOODLEAP, LLC; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 10th day of December 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
