NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2025, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-008689 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC3, is Plaintiff and Ursula E. Lavalle A/K/A Ursula Lavalle; Unknown Spouse Of Ursula E. Lavalle A/K/A Ursula Lavalle; W.S. Badcock Corporation; Financial Independence Services, Corp., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 52 FEET OF LOT 19 AND THE EAST 13 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 25, TOWN N COUNTRY PARK UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 8003 Dell Drive, Tampa, Florida 33615
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
