NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10/29/2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-003319 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and JOYCE N. GOLDSMITH; ROYAL-TEE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Courts, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on December 18, 2025 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 259, BLOCK A, ROYAL-TEE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Commonly known as: 11802 Royal Tee Ct, Cape Coral, FL 33991
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
