Unit Week 42 in Condominium Parcel Letter B (a/k/a Unit 1037) of PLANTATION BEACH CLUB II, PHASE 3, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1344 at Page 2348 in the Public Records of Lee County Florida and all amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
