NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Third Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of November, 2025, in Case No. 22-005400-CI, of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which MARCUS L. TURNER a/k/a MARCUS LEVELLE TURNER; MARGAREE VALMA; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY ON BEHALF OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2; the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are the Defendants, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 a.m. on December 10, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
