That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. Thirty-Seven together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of On Top of the World, Unit Eighty-Three, a Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 110, Pages 32 inclusive, and in Official Records Book 7830, Pages 1687 through 1729, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. v. MIMI A. VITALE, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
