YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1801A, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 78 THROUGH 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4861, PAGES 617 THROUGH 686, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. v. PETER BENBURY WOOD, PALMER BATTLE WOOD, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
