NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2025, and entered in Case no. 25-002365-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STEVEN L. ETTENHEIM, TRUSTEE, et.al., as Plaintiffs, and RBEACH PROPERTIES LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, et. al., as Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 o’clock A.M. (Eastern Time) on December 18, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
