NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 4, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 24-002624-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST, Plaintiff, and RANDALL L. HAGERMAN; CITIBANK, N.A., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of January, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, LESS THE WEST 7 FEET, PLUS THE WEST 17 FEET OF LOT 3, OF RIDGEWOOD GROVES UNIT 4, ACCORDING ATO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
