NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2025, and entered in Case No. 52-2024-CA-001822 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For RCF 2 Acquisition Trust, is the Plaintiff and Shelia Woods, n/k/a Sheila Morgan aka Shelia R. Woods, James Woods aka James W. Woods aka James Walter Woods, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 10, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
