NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-000893-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Malia Alaina Love, Windjammer Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the December 2, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1411, BUILDING 14, OF WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7935, PAGE(S) 465, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
