NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 8, 2025 and entered in Case No. 25-000056-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR NATIONSTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-A is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RONNIE COOKS, DECEASED; CAROLYN COOKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN COOKS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; REYNAULDO JEROME COOKS; ANYSTACIA LOREN COOKS; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on December 10, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, WESTGATE MANOR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
