NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 30th day of April A.D., 2024 in the cause wherein FORWARDLINE FINANCIAL LLC, was plaintiff(s), and CREATIVE HOMES OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC. and RICHARD HICKS, was defendant(s), being Case No. 2024-001974-CO in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, RICHARD HICKS in and to the following described property to wit:
