The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 24, WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 1042, Pages 379 through 441, inclusive, as amended in Official Records Book 1107, Page 354; Official Records Book 1238, Page 926; Official Records Book 1315, Page 1337; Official Records Book 1349, Page 812; and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 38 and 38A, and amended in Condominium Book 10, Pages 49, 49A and 49B, and Condominium Book 13, Pages 34, 34A and 34B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
With an address of 2242 Circlewood Drive, #24, Sarasota, Florida 34231.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, ASSOCIATION OF WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on John P. Jabro, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is Lobeck & Rowe, PA, 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
