BURKETT, deceased, whose date of death was September 6, 2021 and whose Social Security Number ends in XXX-XX-9493, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, Florida 34237. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.
