U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC6 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA K. SMITH A/K/A CYNTHIA L. SMITH; OSBOURNE HOWE A/K/A OSBOURNE A. HOWE, are defendants. Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of DECEMBER, 2025, the following described property as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
