NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 10, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-003741-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein EQUITY PRIME MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and Chance Wilfong, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of December, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit C-1006, Building 10 of CYPRESS WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2522, Page 960, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant to said unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
