NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 23, 2025 in Civil Case No. 48-2024-CA-001792-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and Bernadette L. Jamison a/k/a Bernadette Lourdes Rizner, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of December, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block E, SKY LAKE UNIT ONE, a subdivision according to the plat or map thereof described in Plat Book X. at Page 22, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
