NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 5, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2024-CA-002615-0001-01 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2024-RTL5, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2024-RTL5, Plaintiff and PERSISTENT HOLDINGS CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation; DONALD STERN, an Individual; MARABELLA ISLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A TEMPLE CITRUS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GREGORY S. POHL are defendants, Crystal K.
