NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3rd 2025 and entered in Case number 2025-CA-1945 of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, wherein Cruz Bay Properties Inc., is the Plaintiff and Real Realty Solutions Inc. et. al. is the Defendant, Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.polk.realforeclose.com, on December 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Consent in Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 156, Haines Ridge Phase 1 as recorded in Plat Book 150, Pages 7 through 11, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida together with Affidavit of Surveyor recorded in Official Records Book 7792, Pages 661, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 330 Gladesdale St., Haines City, FL. 33844 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
