1977 Ritz manufactured mobile home, VIN Nos. R11021278A and R11021278B (the “Mobile Home”), currently located at 6710 36th Avenue East, Lot 124, Palmetto, FL 34221-9664.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for quiet title and for declaratory relief and/or concerning the above-described Mobile Home has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron, Johnson & Shea, PLLC, the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before 30 DAYS FROM FIRST PUB and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
